Check in is from 3pm on your arrival day & check out is at 10am on your departure day.
Yes, children are welcome at 89 The Merchants Apartments, Cot and highchair can be provided with advance notice, please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot.
Yes, towels and linen are provided in all apartments.
Yes, high-speed internet access is provided free of charge throughout the apartments, ensuring you can efficiently work, stream, or share your holiday moments online. Reasonable and lawful usage of this service is expected.
Unfortunately we do not have our own parking area. However we recommend The North Car Park on Leith Walk, at £15 for a 24hr stay they are the best value in the area.
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome in 89 The Merchants Apartments, for no additional cost.

Edinburghs brand new tram line now connects Leith to the city centre and beyond to Murrayfield and the airport. The tram line passes directly infront of 89 The Merchants and there is a stop just a one minute walk away, making getting to and from 89 the Merchants extremely convenient.
There is a Tesco superstore only a 5 minute walk from the apartments – where you will find everything you could need.
All apartments come with brand new amenities, a fully stocked kitchen with range style oven, washing machine, large fridge freezer, heated towel rack, smart TV and incredibly comfy custom-made beds with memory foam mattresses.
We have Studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom options – all of the apartments also have a sofa bed in the lounge areas. Our 1 bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 4 guests – 2 in the double bedroom and 2 on a sofa bed in the living area. Our 2 bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests – 2 in each of the 2 double bedrooms and 2 on a sofa bed in the living area.
Guests will be given a code for a lockbox which gives them keys to the main and rear entrances of the building as well as the door for the main door of their apartment.
