Terms and Conditions
- Promotion open to all worldwide.
- Open to all except employees and their immediate families of House of Danu, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- The Win Your Scottish Getaway promotion applies to all bookings up to the value of £300 per night except on dates of the Scottish school holidays and bank holidays.
- Subject to the standard booking conditions.
- Any additional costs or upgrades (e.g. single supplements) are excluded from prize.
- This promotion is not open to any travellers booking through third party agents.
- No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
- Draw closes 11.59 pm January 7th, 2025.
- All booked places received within the promotional period from across the House of Danu brands (including: The Seelies, 50 the High Street, Jacobite Lodge, Slateford House and 89 the Merchants) will be entered into the prize draw to win 1 night free at their property of choice by the winning individual.
- The prize is as stated. No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
- One winner will be drawn at random from all bookings received from House of Danu between 26th December 2024 and 7th January 2025 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
- Confirmation of redemption of the prize must be received within one month of notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the prize, and another winner will be drawn. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Conditions of redemption state that you must redeem this stay within the calendar year 2025.
- By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
